If you ask people what they want out of life somewhere during the answer the majority will raise the subject of being happy.
Happiness is a wonderful experience and although I am not sure it should always be a goal, I am sure it should be part of everyday life. So what will make you happy today?
- Deciding that you want to be happy
- Doing activities that make you happy

- Having conversations that make you happy
- Being with people that make you happy
- Taking more control of your life
- Realising the things you are doing is inline with the authentic you and they are in line with your life's purpose.
- Realising what you have and how good that is
- Taking time to do things right
- Taking a positive experience from all you do
- Doing some form of exercise
- Doing something for someone that doesn't expect it

- Being able to adapt to any situation or need
- To be able to laugh at yourself
- Watching your favourite movie
- To realise others have a point of view that maybe different to yours
- Quality time with yourself
- By not taking short cuts
- Be an active participant in your own life
- Realising that your wealth is just not financial

- Being better than what you were yesterday
- Achieving a particular outcome or goal
- By giving rather than receiving
- Making new friends
- Contacting old friends
- Listening to your favourite songs

- Spending time with your pets
- Lay under a tree or on the beach and do nothing
- Prepare a wonderful meal
- By realising the significance of you
As you can see, there are many things that can make you happy, the only limitations will be your imagination and your desire to want to be happy.
Please take a minute right now and figure out what it is that is going to make you happy today and then do what is required to put that in place and from that, make sure you take the time to see the resulting difference in you and your life.
But don't just stop there. I want you to do the same thing everyday for the next thirty days and see the difference it will make.
